How to submit the order
Once all the items you want are in the shopping cart, click on the "Order" button and you will be transferred to the order form which is very easy to fill-in:
- select the delivery – within or outside the EU
- select payment method – by Card or PayPal
- if you have a Gift card or Discount coupon, fill-in the unique code (the value of the voucher will be deducted once the order is submitted)
- fill-in shipping address and your contact details, alternatively your message to us
- if all the items are correct, click on the "Finish order" button and your order will be submitted
You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming successful order placement. Accordingly we will inform you about estimated date of completion of your order and start with production. We will contact you at every moment when the status of your order changes so that the products can be delivered as soon as possible.
There is no need to register while placing an order. For returning customers the registration is more convenient as you don’t need to fill-in your details every single time. That is why we recommend to click on "Remember me and send me password" option. You will receive an e-mail with your log-in details so that you can sign in to your profile. In your profile you can see the status of your current and past orders.
