No. We created the MOORIA Designer to make pattern creation as simple as possible and to take the printing requirements for collars and leashes into account during generation. You can also use ChatGPT, Gemini, or another AI image generator.
You can write in English or any other language you normally use.
Yes. The MOORIA Designer runs directly in ChatGPT, so you simply need to sign in, for example with your Google account. The free version is sufficient, and you do not need a paid version of ChatGPT.
You can upload common image or graphic file formats. The most important thing is sufficient resolution – if the image does not look blurry on your screen, it will usually also be suitable for printing on a collar.
The motif should repeat seamlessly so that the pattern can continue along the full length of the collar or leash. If you are not sure, we will check the design and adjust it if necessary.
We cannot print motifs protected by copyright or trademarks, such as sports club or brand logos or licensed characters. We also do not print vulgar or otherwise inappropriate designs.
We can use your custom pattern on collars, leashes, harnesses, and complete sets.
Yes. The fee is charged for each product with a custom pattern because each one requires individual printing and separate production preparation. It therefore also applies if you create the motif yourself, use the MOORIA Designer, or provide your own artwork.
For a digital preview, the fee is paid when you order the finished product. If you would like a printed fabric preview, the fee is paid in advance before the sample prints are produced.
Once the design is approved, we will send you a link to order the specific product. Standard production takes approximately 5 days. We do not offer express production for custom patterns, because during production we always check that the motif will look good on the finished product. If we encounter any issue, we will contact you.
