Name tag design

Thank you for choosing a collar with a name tag. Please input the dog name and the phone number that you want to have on the collar into the form bellow. Fill-in the data exactly as you want to display it on the collar – capital letters, spaces, phone number format etc. The font colour will be in a colour that matches the collar. If you have a specific request for the font colour, please indicate in the comment box.

If you ordered more collars in one order, please fill-in the form multiple times and indicate in the comment box what collars do the data belong to.

Order number:

Insert the number of your order in which you requested the collar with the name tag.

Dog name:

Fill-in the dog name exactly as you want to display it on the collar. If you type all capital letters it will be the same on the collar. If you type only the first letter capital it will be printed on the collar the same. If the name is longer we will use smaller font in order that the name matches the name tag. Optimal size is up to ten letters, then it will be printed in the same size as the phone number. Shorter names will have bigger font, longer ones smaller.

Phone number:

Type the phone number that you want to print on the collar. Fill-in the number exactly in the format you want to have on the collar (international/area code, spacing, etc.) – example: +420111222333, or +420 111 222 333, or 111222333, or 111 222 333.

Comment:

Feel free to mention any individual request or additional information that you want to print on the name tag. If you have more collars in one order, please specify which collar submitted data belong to.
